Imaginative meanderings where random chance meets purposeful action.

Abstract art from nature is your camera-ready "picture for the taking."  Inspiration is a flowering redbud tree on a misty spring morning, or the mirror-shimmer of a pond glinting in its dazzling dance. From the stepping stone of photo realism, the adventure can lead you to a painterly composition. Look through the camera with your imagination. What do you bring to what you see?

Winter beauty reigns here in this magical realm of snow and ice.  The photos in this collection express realism ... yes, I really did visit Narnia, and have the photographic proof right here.  I invite you to have a nice piece of Turkish Delight, come along, and enjoy the scenery.

The changing seasons along the back roads hidden from a fast pace of life.  From springtime splendor to fall foliage to a magnificent old mill by the pond.  Often, nature's finest beauty is best preserved for those who take the time to find it.
